Each of you signed the Commercial Property Sales Contract with our company in 1990s, agreeing that you would purchase the property of Huiyang Kaiyuan City Project located in Baiyunkeng, Danshui, Huizhou City, Guangdong Province, the People’s Republic of China. However, you have not paid the purchase price up to now. During December 2024, our company sent you a reminder to fulfill your payment obligations within a specified period. As you still failed to fulfill your obligations, we have written to you to terminate the contract.
To sum up, our company hereby announce that we terminate the Commercial Property Sales Contract signed with you according to law.
